Q: Will I receive a refund if I'm not satisfied with the service?

Customers are eligible to receive FULL REFUND if requested BEFORE START OF SERVICE via Cashapp, PayPay, or Venmo.
Customers will receive an 80% refund if dissatisfied with Blu Light Designs products via Cashapp, PayPay, or Venmo if requested AFTER START OF SERVICE.

 

Q: I purchased a service from your website, what's next?

Blu Light Designs will contact you via email to schedule a consultation DURING BUSINESS DAYS (Mon-Fri). During consultation, customers are able to disucss in detail what desired product they are inquiring. Blu Light Designs requires FULL PAYMENT AND CONSULTATION before any service is started and/or completed.

 

Q: I received a design from Blu Light, and I'm interested in having my design on physical products. Do you provide printing services?

If printing services are desired, contact us at blulightdesigns@gmail.com. ADDITIONAL FEE(S) AND CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED. 

 

Q: My friend reccommended me to work with Blu Light Designs, can I request service via Social Media?

BRIEF consultation/conversation can be conducted on Blu Light Designs social media accounts however, direction to the website for purchase is required. Blu Light Designs requires FULL PAYMENT AND CONSULTATION before any service is started and/or completed
